In honor of fallen first responders as well as those that bravely put their lives on the line every day, I will never forget what happened on this day and neither will my children!

I found out yesterday that this last statement isn't always true. I only got about an hours rest between my leg/back/bicep workout yesterday and my Orange Theory Class yesterday and I ended up walking instead of running during the cardio time.

Today is a rest day for me so I went for a 2 mile walk this morning, I have an Orange Theory Class at 4:00 and if I have time tonight I will do an ab work out. I was kidding about the rest day, that is Sunday when I have a 5k to run.

Did a 5:45 AM Spin class. I think I will do an aquaroebics class tonight.

  HW:345 SW:335 HT:6'2" CW:208 M1-25 M2-15 M3-12 M4-13 M5-8 M6-9 M7-13 M8-10 M9-7 M10-7 M11- 8 M12- 0 so far

Tonight I am restarting my bellydancing classes. I have taken classes for years, but I had to stop due to my surgery and foot issues. I know it is going to be rough on my feet, but I simply cannot wait any longer to start up again. I am excited to see what bellydancing minus 50+ lbs feels like!

If class isn't intense enough to feel like a good workout, I may hit the gym for some pool time afterward.

Either Brazilian butt or Jnl fusion with abs. Haven't decided yet both are circuit training and difficult. Depends who I am in the mood for. Lol
