What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - 9/11 NEVER FORGET!
In honor of fallen first responders as well as those that bravely put their lives on the line every day, I will never forget what happened on this day and neither will my children!
I found out yesterday that this last statement isn't always true. I only got about an hours rest between my leg/back/bicep workout yesterday and my Orange Theory Class yesterday and I ended up walking instead of running during the cardio time.

Tonight I am restarting my bellydancing classes. I have taken classes for years, but I had to stop due to my surgery and foot issues. I know it is going to be rough on my feet, but I simply cannot wait any longer to start up again. I am excited to see what bellydancing minus 50+ lbs feels like!
If class isn't intense enough to feel like a good workout, I may hit the gym for some pool time afterward.
