I did my usual 45 minutes on the treadmill starting at 5:00 am. It was an interval program which varies incline and speed!
My VSG was on June 4th and I am down 56 pounds.

Today is chest/shoulder day. Trying something new today. I am going heavy today, heavy with fewer reps. Let's see how it feels tomorrow.

Either a trip to the gym at my job (very low key, treadmills, few weight machines) or a zumba class!  Depends on how the day goes...

Took a Zumba class this morning for 55 minutes.  According to MFP, I burned over 900 calories!!!!! I think I really like it better now that I see how much I burned :)

 

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

15 minutes rowing machine and probably 45 minutes in the pool. Oh and 5 minutes on the elliptical because I am trying to get used to it.

I'm not released to start back with weights yet  so I'm doing cardio 5 days/week. Today (and pretty much everyday) was Elliptical on level 10 for 1/2 mile and then at level 5 for the other 1 1/2 mile. Then on to the bike, level 8, for 2 miles and level 4 for the last mile. All of that takes me about 40-45 min. I'm pretty proud of myself for working up to this. I'm only 5 weeks out but I can already tell my clothes are getting very loose!! kiss
