My normal saturday class was some sort of special thing today and it didn't sound appealing so I missed out on that. I need to find something else today to work of the very carb/calorie heavy breakfast I just finished.

Maybe I will go do a special chest day today.

Woke up at 4:00 am with insomnia...finally, at 7 am, I decided to run to the CVS to pick up my prescription.  Almost 4 miles and I ran most of the way both ways!

Taking the grandkids for a hayride/picking pumpkins, so this will probably be my only "workout" today.

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Did Recovery walk with my clients this morning only a mile so more recreation than exercise. Probably more walking tonight. Really considering this a rest day. Doubled up last night and feeling it today.

Tofay is my much-deserved rest day. Yesterday I played golf for several hours, then went right to my personal training session. I am exhausted today.

Completed 200km (126 mile) ride in 8.5 hours.  5000 calories expended per my Garmin/Powertap powermeter.

Cold morning (44degrees) Finally warmed up in the late afternoon to 68 when the sun came out. A beautiful route through a very hilly part of south west Wisconsin.
