This is a great routine. Now you really have no more excuses? Knee pain? Arthritis? Still too heavy to move? You can do this one. No more excuses not to exercise. This is cardio and muscle building rolled into one. 10 minutes long, do this twice a day until you can get into a gym!

Well Keith, you got me.  I did the routine, and now I'm sweating and my knee is complaining, but I did it.  Thanks.

Fantastic. Sweat is great. Now keep doing it. If your knee is sore, make sure to stretch your legs, that will help to relieve some of the pressure. Eventually you will be able to do that and you will be able to ignore the pain and your body will want more more more.
