I'm making this the next time I get pork chops from the market but I noticed from the reviews that a lot of people used it with chicken.  Since I have plenty of chicken at home, I might try it with that first.  Thanks for sharing Keith!

This recipe looks really good, but I'm allergic to mustard. Anyone have any ideas of what I could use to substitute?
