Orange Theory at 6:00am - 631 calories burned! 100 Lunges and 2 miles on the treadmill at a fast jog and sprint pace were the highlights!

Planning on Chest and Shoulders tonight since I missed it last night, but with the new job not sure yet!

Great job, Mr. 6am!  You'll find your groove bc you are nothing if not determined :)  I know how it is working from home then working from an office.  Brutal on your workouts.  You can do it!

I've got Tabata Friday at kettlebells.  I'm hoping it's not a crazy amount of squats.  My legs are soooo sore.

KILLED it today!!!!  25 minutes on the treadmill to warm up (201 calories burned) then a one hour kickboxing class (1,154 calories burned) then did an ab attack class for half and hour.

 

I already hurt, but I loved it!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Ballet barre full body work out. Sweat is apouring. Thanks to NYC Wildcat (that's her nick I think right?) I have fallen in love with it. I alternate upper body, lower body, and full body workouts. Love love love it. Lean long and strong. Love it. Thanks NYCWildcat if you're out there!
