What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
I started my morning with a no nonsense workout (15 pushups, 10 body weight squats, the floor was too dirty to do situps, need to get a new matt). I have also climbed 5 flights of stairs...twice already this morning.
Today is Leg Day so I will be doing:
Squats (135-155lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Leg Extensions (135lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Calf Raises (120lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Overhead Shrugs (15lb dumbbell in each hand) 4 sets of 10 reps
Lat Pulldown (120 - 165lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Seated Row (120lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Curls (25lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Barbell Curls (65lbs) 4 sets of 10 reps
Going to attempt some wide grip pullups tonight too.
Can you give me a 30ish minute workout that I can do on the treadmill? I have limited time today, and it's going to be too hot for me to run outside by the time I can manage it. Maybe you can re-post that one from last week? I'd like to burn some calories today :) I have a tight leopard print dress I have to wear on Friday for the costume party. There is no room for slacking. LOL
Boot camp at 6 am, included: 100 push ups, 100 squats, 45 hamstring curls, 45 glute bridges, hundreds of split squats and split squat walks, mountain climbers, running up and down stairs, lots of other stuff that killed me. A big ab day. But I didn't almost cry today like I want to most days.
In the past month I have not lost any more weight, I'm done with that. Transitioning into maintenance and muscle-building I guess. It's a big brain-fk to be told to eat more calories. So I'm not losing any more weight, but my waist has toned up by 2" lately, and my biceps are 2" bigger. Crazy. I'm on my way to handstand pushups soon.
