1 year surgiversary! (a day late with photos you've probably already seen)

It does, and that's what I'm constantly working on.  Changing how I deal with who I am, and the whole "it may be my truth, but it doesn't mean it's THE truth."  I tend to think my truth is absolute, even though it's so obviously not.  :)

OK.. what to say, Deena... you are my girl crush. And your daughter is so cute! You have to bring her when you come on your 'business trip' to Geneva! I think you are just wonderful and beautiful and I love 'hanging out' with you on the forum. Hope to meet you in person one day. Really great job! We are almost sleeve sisters - a day apart! You have really nailed this whole journey so far and I take off my hat to you! So proud of you!!!! lots of love and hugs. 

Definitely!  I want to show my baby girl the world.  Well, I just want to give her the world, but in lieu of that, I can show her a whole bunch of it :)  We are sleeve sisters.  I've been following your journey since the very beginning, and I've always been so envious of your light.  You glow, darling, and your positivity and brightness are amazing.  I feel lighter just reading your posts, which is helpful since I'm pretty cynical and grumpy.
