Think Small, Eat Small..... Be Small......
Always a good reminder, Frisco! Under-eating the sleeve concept is a good one and the further out I get the harder it is. I choose to eat small meals more times a day. I've tried the "3 meals a day" but due to blood sugar and restriction issues I just can't hang with it.
The 100 calories above the balance point stat is one that scares the crap out of me! And it's why I don't give myself a 10 lb. "range" for a normal weight zone. My "range" is 5 lbs, meaning 131-135. Anything over that and off come the gloves and I am bare-knuckling it back.
I am always impressed on your knowledge and how you are always in search of more !!!
Staying connected to the process and continued education gives us the best chances for a long term "fix" (or bandaid) on our obesity.
