LOL.  I know, right?!  I was super psyched when I got on the scale this morning.  I usually just get URIs from my tot, and all those do is make me crave carby goodness, so a stomach virus is sort of positive.  How sick is that?

5am workout

  • warm up - 1.5 mile on exercise bike
  • Stretching
  • 2 miles on treadmill
  • 1/2 mile cool down on treadmill
  • free weights - biceps, triceps, and lats
  • Stretching

no evening workout today, working from 7am to 8:30pm

I cranked up the intensity yesterday with my cardio and OMG, it felt good to sweat! 

More cardio today.  30 mins during lunch since I have Support Group right after work.

I am counting the days until I can start strength training!!
