Hi VSG family i have not been on here in a while so here is the update, im down 76#s since surgery, thank god i havent had any complications but i am having reflux and gas issues right now and its so hard to get in all my protien,but overall im doing fine i would love food ideas and hi protien snack ideas start weight before surgery was 321#s day of surgery 303#s today im 227#s and it feels great!
