Yes, me.... Can't believe it. I'm 2 weeks out and have been walking every day. Today at the gym, I felt my walking pace was a little too easy. So, I jogged intermittently 1 minute then 2 minutes walking. I did this 5 times. I'm so proud of myself.

Loving my sleeve!

That's great but don't pu**** you are still a bit early out to be exercising. Have you been cleared by your doc?

Yep, he cleared me on Friday. I just can't lift anything over 20 pounds. I haven't met with a trainer yet until he clears me to lift. I also had a hernia repair so need to be careful.

Thanks for your posts, they are so motivational!

Everyone I know well who had the sleeve got a huge energy boost within weeks to a month after surgery. You just feel you can do more, fly if you want but just something. It sounds like you got it! I've been able to keep it going six months by exercising regularly and building in more and more challenges to my routine.
