Circuit Training Class at noon today. I have not done this class before so I do not know what to expect. I am going with a friend who asked me to give it a try. Its something different so I am up for it.

Last night I played softball and I guess I didn't really realize that I would have to re-learn how to throw a ball with more muscles in my arms. I kept over throwing the ball. It was weird like I wasn't in control of my body. But I did get called buff!

missed my normal morning gym time for an appointment that got cancelled at the last minute (grrrr), walking while on a field trip this afternoon, then hitting the gym with the fiance after work tonight.  Gonna have to let the fit bit keep track today!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

I did my art of strength class this morning.  It was supposed to be Tabata Friday, but apparently the instructor didn't want to do that.  LAME.  I love Tabata.  It was almost a total kettlebells class.  I elected to do squat thrusts with snatch for five minutes at the end of class instead of the actual exercise.  I'm a rebel and I love squat thrusts

  • Bike 3.5 miles
  • Curls, biceps and triceps
  • sit ups
  • chest
  • Mil. press

Evening workout: Some sort of cardio, depending on weather.
