A week and a half and I can start trying regular food. No more pureed!
B - Rotisserie chicken with broth - pureed
S - Protein shake
L - Homemade chili (ground chicken, black beans, pinto beans, canned garden tomatoes, and tsp plain Greek yogurt) - pureed
S - Greek yogurt with homemade unsweetened applesauce & cinnamon
D - Slow cooked roast beef, broth, a slice of carrot, and a half a mushroom pureed together
S - Rotisserie chicken with broth - pureed
W - On track - Drinking water, but herbal tea is my savior in helping me get all my water in finally!
V - AM vits yes - - Cannot wait to off the chewable - YUCK!
