hitting the gym after work. Elliptical for about 30 minutes and then a total body class :) I hurt my wrist over the weekend but no excuses! (I'll wrap it up)

I got cleared to start strength training. Yay!!
I was excited but found out my PT is no longer at my gym. I am meeting with a new PT tonight. I am trying to look at this as a positive. He could be better or have a new approach. I am a bit worried about telling him about my WLS but he needs to know so he can help me through the process.
Soooo....... I have not idea what we are doing tonight but I am glad to get started!
New Circuit this week. Will do this MWF followed by 30 minutes intense cardio. T/Th will be just 1 hour of cardio.
35 lb dumbbell rows, One leg pushups on dumbbells (15 each leg), Core Walk (15 reps), Side core walk(15-30), 50 lbs Sumo Squats, Step back lunges with 15 lbs each side, Bicep curls(30 lbs), tricep kickbacks (20 pounds)
Repeat circuit 2 more times.
I did this circuit on Friday. Took me about 35 minutes and got my heart rate up in the 140s and kept it there. Followed by 3.5 miles on the elliptical, it was a hell of a good work out.
Changing my routine each week helps me to not be bored, but more importantly, helps my body to stay out a a cycle of muscular routine and complacency.
