Exercise Physiologist Appt

Has anyone out there had to have this? What is this for? And what exactly does one do?

I did with lap band...they basically work with you on getting fit after surgery.

Our Exercise Physiologist was mandatory, and included in the "program fee". That said, with John, you got what you put in--if you showed an effort and worked, he was more enthusiastic, more helpful, and more interactive. Basically, he was a personal trainer available by email to me...
