Orange Theory at 6am this morning. Only 530 calories burned today, why? Well I did two Orange Theory classes yesterday and they were the SAME freaking workout. So 180 squats, 180 side lunges plus a bunch of other stuff and over 5 miles on the treadmill. I am super sore today, but I still did my 2 trips up the 5 flights of stairs (with tears in my eyes).

I am freaking tired.

35 min on treadmill

4 flights of stairs today (my quick 10 min break)

And i'm in the lab all day, so lots of walking, standing, squatting.  (Not at my desk, so the basal level of activity is up today.)

Cardio day. I've got 15 minutes of high intensity intervals on the spin bike scheduled by my trainer. I'll likely throw in 15 more minutes of elliptical and/or treadmill, time permitting, because it feels like a sin to leave the gym having done any less than 30 minutes of cardio.

Three miles on the treadmill... I adjust my speed throughout the workout from 2.5 miles an hour up to 3.5 with a jog (That is HUGE for me). Then weights and resistance training.
