Taco lettuce wraps

BBQ pulled pork bowl (pulled pork over cole slaw with homemade bbq sauce)

Pot roast and cauliflower puree

Marinated turkey tenderloin and parmesan roasted green beans

How do you make your marinated turkey tenderloin and parmesan roasted green beans? That sounds amazing!

These all sound so good.  Its making me hungry! (smile)  I couldn't stop at 5!  I could probably list another 10! 

 

1.  Greek chicken with feta, tomatoes and kalamata olives

2.  salmon

3.  Atkins beef stroganoff recipe - I omit the sour cream and its still wonderful.

4.  fajitas (either chicken or beef) with a low carb tortilla

5.  Pan fried sea scallops 

6.  Chicken in spicy peanut sauce

7.  Tilapia with capers and lime.
