What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
Getting back to the gym tonight for heavy weight training after a couple of weeks off. I think I have the whole fatigue thing licked and my muscles are chomping at the bit for something more than pushups and body weight squats. Let's hope I didn't set myself back too far. I want to feel the ache tomorrow.
