Getting back to the gym tonight for heavy weight training after a couple of weeks off. I think I have the whole fatigue thing licked and my muscles are chomping at the bit for something more than pushups and body weight squats. Let's hope I didn't set myself back too far. I want to feel the ache tomorrow.

35 min treadmill, 2.5% incline

4 flights of stairs on my quick 10 min break

 

I saw an informercial on T25. Wondering if anyone has tried it or anyone knew anything about it?  Looks intense, but interesting.

Legs still sore from Friday's workout with my new PT.  Those squats killed my butt and hamstrings! 

Tonight work out again with the PT.  We are doing upper body and some core.  Then 20 mins cardio.

      

Starting W: 320  Surgery W (9/12/13): 279.8.

Cardio day...water aerobics. Arms are still sore from personal training on FRIDAY...hoping movement in water helps get rid of that.
