Recipe of the Day - Coconut Oil Fudge
I have talked several times in a couple posts about coconut oil. You should be using it to cook with at the very least. Its a very healthy fat (at least for now until somebody comes along and dethrones it). Here is a recipe for fudge that is Low Carb. This is not Low Calorie so while it is a nice treat, make sure it fits into your plan! I think I would throw a scoop or two of protein powder into these to bring up the protein numbers! This would make a good pre-workout or good pre-run snack!

I discovered a lady on facebook called sugarfreemom.com she has great recipe ideas most sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free, she has a crock pot fudge idea like this. She also has a recipe for breadsticks made out of califlower.
Yeah she has some great ideas I am going to buy some chocolate liquid stevia so I can do some of her recipes. She finds ways to modify recipes to be healthier.
