B - Protein Shake (pre-workout), Brown Rice Cake with PB and Banana (post-workout)

S - NONE!

L - 1/2 cup of lean/mean chili, 1/2 cup of fried cabbage

S - Greek Yogurt

D - Something Asian or Chicken Wings haven't decided

S - Casein Protein "Ice Cream" (now faux apple pie or strawberry?)

W - On track

V - Yep

E - Orange Theory (taking off until next Monday after this morning to let me knee/leg heal)

Having a crappy week of not planning my meals!! Grr, gotta get back up on my horse!

B: two cups of coffee and half a quest bar

L: leftover chicken rollatini with sauteed spinach on the side and a polenta round

S: 1 cup skinny pop

D: hubby is out tonight...not sure what I'm eating! 

Fluid: ok

X: 30 mins cardio - I need to get back to classes >P

Yes, hubby home = Danielle cooks.  Hubby not home = Danielle wants to order in crappy food LOL  I called my mom though and she's making chicken fajitas for dinner! Saved by my mama!

LOL!  It my husband wasn't so health conscious we'd be in a totally different boat.  Damn him and his healthy ways!

Breakfast:  oatmeal with nuts, seeds, raisins and soy milk

Snack:  beet/carrot juice

Lunch:  tempeh bacon, tomato, lettuce sandwich

Snack:  celery with almond butter

Dinner:  beef and barley soup

Vitamins and liquids fine. 

Exercise not so much due to weather.

 S: 1/2 piece of babybel

 D: 2 oz. salmon

 V: yes!

 W: Only 30 oz. so far

Having a crappy day, and no appetite but I made myself eat. I have a dr appt at 5pm today to find out what is wrong. Discomfort in my solar plexis (sp) and mid back, kind of feels like gas pain, I burp little burps sometimes, which isnt normal now for me. Last wednesday night i almost passed out from some type of attack. Felt like gall bladder but I had it removed! LOL

B string cheese, edamame

S string cheese

L baked chicken gravy and potato meal thing- lots of protein

S none

D dont know yet, dont feel like thinking about food right now

S dont know yet.

Water: half way, I need to do MORE since I also feel sick, achey, sore throat, ears hurt, headache, WTF?

E none for me. Too weak to even go walk to the restroom. . grr
