Looks amazing and if I'm not wrong something soft enough for after surgery for when I'm past the liquid stage but in the soft pureed foods?

I would not eat these that early out. You should be focused on the foods in your post-op diet plan. Once you return to full foods then you have some leeway, but early out stick to the plan.
