Need advise

I'm Starting Stage 2 as per my plan I'm one week post-op and I'm already messing up :( lol, I just realized I'm pushing too much liquids at a time (just finished 1.5 cups in about 45min).. And I just re-read and u shouldn't pass more than 1/4 cup... But how long should I wait between drinking/eating that 1/4 cup??

I was told on Stage 2 to sip as much water or protein shakes. It used to take me a long time. Then I'd wait 30 mins to eat something. then I'd wait 30 mins to start drinking again. Don't wry about trying to get everything in you are only 1 week out. You stomach needs to take it easy. My doctors concerns was that I was staying hydrated.
