I have made it i****er and it sorta tastes like peanut butter. More like chewed up peanuts.... not as sweet as peanut butter. I do like to put it in my shakes to.... I have a cookies and cream flavor from GNC and adding a litte PB2 makes it taste like peanut butter cookie dough

I bought my PB2 at my local grocery store.  Look in the section where they sell health foods and organic foods.  You  may be surprised.

Haven't had surgery yet, but I have been using PB2 in the occasional morning shakes for over a year. I love it!  I get it from Amazon!

I love PB2! Locally, it's available at Kroger (grocery store) in the natural foods section and at Smoothie King, but I ordered it from Amazon, and it's way cheaper. I got a 4 pack of 1 lb. bags for like$12. Pre-op, I was mixing it in with some Lean 1 protein shake I was making, but now that has way too much sugar in it, so I mix it with my Syntrax Nectar Sweets chocolate truffle protein shakes. 1/2 serving of PB2 (1 tbs) and a scoop of protein mixed in 6 oz. almond milk makes a great tasting shake (like a liquid Reese's cup) with 3 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs, and about 26 grams of protein at 153 calories. 2 of those a day and that's already 52 grams of protein.
