Yeah, I'm not particularly sure what is going on with me, but I'll take it!  Maybe all the running is getting my mojo going.  LOL.

I am still unable to get to the gym.  Been almost 2 weeks and I am going crazy missing it. (vertigo so bad the dr will not let me drive and I have no way to get there).  I have been doing laps in my house, but that isn't really feeling like a good workout, so I was going to use gallon water bottles and do the circuit training class that I have been missing and just adapt it to the materials I have and the space I have.

He times us anywhere from 30-60 seconds per station, so I think I can do that at my house, only a few stations I wont be able to do.

Maybe a nice long walk? Get some good low impact fat burn in while you are down. If you can do it first thing in the morning before you eat. This is the only time and type of exercise I would tell you to do in a fasted state.

Orange Theory tonight. I am scheduled for 6am every day this week starting tomorrow and noon on Saturday. That's 6 classes and I have a feeling my wife is going to make me do the 6 or 7 pm class on Wednesday.

Moving my Elliptical up to 25 mins this week, up from 20 las tweek.

Walking 15min x 4 a day. This really helps me digest my food . Does shoveling snow count,  because it looks like I am going to be doing that for a while... LOL... stay warm everyone  -Deb

30 min treadmill (random setting) 30 Min circuit training.  Cardio Monday lets get it...

I started back with my kettlebells today after trying 30-day shred for a few weeks.  Kettlebells just kick my ass (literally because I can feel it for days!) and I really think I had better weight loss when I was doing them consistently each week.  I also threw in extra push-ups and tripcep dips this morning as well as planks.   I try and do kettlebells 3x/week, cardio 3-4x/week and Pilates 3x/week.  My consistency these last couple weeks has stunk :-(

I can smell the goal line - and even though I know this isn't a race to the finish (because we're never finished with this battle) - I made a pledge to myself months ago that I would enter 2014 at 135 lbs.   AND SO IT IS!
