What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
I am still unable to get to the gym. Been almost 2 weeks and I am going crazy missing it. (vertigo so bad the dr will not let me drive and I have no way to get there). I have been doing laps in my house, but that isn't really feeling like a good workout, so I was going to use gallon water bottles and do the circuit training class that I have been missing and just adapt it to the materials I have and the space I have.
He times us anywhere from 30-60 seconds per station, so I think I can do that at my house, only a few stations I wont be able to do.

I started back with my kettlebells today after trying 30-day shred for a few weeks. Kettlebells just kick my ass (literally because I can feel it for days!) and I really think I had better weight loss when I was doing them consistently each week. I also threw in extra push-ups and tripcep dips this morning as well as planks. I try and do kettlebells 3x/week, cardio 3-4x/week and Pilates 3x/week. My consistency these last couple weeks has stunk :-(
I can smell the goal line - and even though I know this isn't a race to the finish (because we're never finished with this battle) - I made a pledge to myself months ago that I would enter 2014 at 135 lbs. AND SO IT IS!
