Last night I was running 10mph sprints and I burned 758 calories in my 1 hour Orange Theory class.

This morning I was up at 5:00am to prepare for my 6am class where I burned another 600 calories but wasn't running at 10mph (too sore from last night). Did lots of abs today.

Rest day, although I'd really prefer to work out.  Will spend that time making toffee & spiced nuts, then showering and prettying up my hair for my hubby's holiday work party.  Doing my hair is an arm workout :)

yesterday I found a new place to walk for 30 mins at lunch it's a straight path, so I was able to really crank it up and pick up my pace. Which made my entire body hurt my the time I got home and I just could not do my elliptical so I went to bed saying I would just rest and skip elliptical for one night. Well I woke up at 1:30am couldn't go back to sleep so said what the heck might as well do the  25 mins of Elliptical !

 

so 30 mins of walking fast pace at lunch .  25 mins of elliptical     other than being sore the endurance is getting easier

Last night I did 30 minutes on my stationary bike with a program in it to peddle like you're going up-hill and downhill and resistance. My legs felt like jelly when I was done. Never did 30 minutes on it before (this is from someone who rarely exercises).

I am going to try that again tonight.
