yesterday I found a new place to walk for 30 mins at lunch it's a straight path, so I was able to really crank it up and pick up my pace. Which made my entire body hurt my the time I got home and I just could not do my elliptical so I went to bed saying I would just rest and skip elliptical for one night. Well I woke up at 1:30am couldn't go back to sleep so said what the heck might as well do the 25 mins of Elliptical !
so 30 mins of walking fast pace at lunch . 25 mins of elliptical other than being sore the endurance is getting easier

Last night I did 30 minutes on my stationary bike with a program in it to peddle like you're going up-hill and downhill and resistance. My legs felt like jelly when I was done. Never did 30 minutes on it before (this is from someone who rarely exercises).
I am going to try that again tonight.
