Oatmeal is a great thing to add to Greek yogurt. I use old fashioned rolled oats. Every couple of weeks I toast a couple cups up in a skillet and use them. Toasting them makes them crunchier and gives them a heartier flavor that really stands up to the yogurt.

Slivered or chopped roasted almonds or peanuts work for some crunch too. Any nuts for that matter. Chopped apple or cucumber work well too. Carrots might also work for you but be careful that  it all fits into your plan.
