Work out NSV

So, 6 months ago, my trainer led me over the the seated tricep machine to work my triceps.  I did not fit.  I was horrified and humiliated. Last night my trainer took me to that same machine.  I looked at it and tried not to freak.  Took a deep breath and sat down.  I FIT, I FIT, I FIT.  I just about started to cry.

 

I did 15 hard mins of warm up on the elliptical.  30 mins of strength training, THEN 20 mins on the stair climber for 35 floors! 

 

I am LOVING my SLEEVE!!

what a most wonderful thing to have happen! hard work pays off!!!  one thing...I am kind of new on this site , have not yet been scheduled for my sleeve and I see NSV often. I imagine from the context of the posts it's positive. Can you or someone else decipher?

My exercise is only walking but I see the physio (you know who) today so I am sure to hear about it.

Nothing wrong with walking.  Your doing something and that's what counts.  Good luck today. 

well the scale started going down again this week so it's all good. I just have to keep that trend!

I was thinking about it.  Where is the Edmonds Pier?  Is that the fairy dock?

 

south of the Ferry dock, the next light south is Dayton and if you go west there you cross RR tracks, then verge south. it's right there, behind Arnie's. the Fishing pier is on the north end of that building. We usually walk south from there and back. I will have the dogs with me so you can't miss us! Bring Beau if you want. Dash needs practice no playing while walking LOL.
