wow i cant believe how fast time has flown by its been 4 months since my surgery and i cant believe im down 70 pounds i feel like the weight has come off so slow comparing to others but it is not a race and there is no finish line u gotta just keep going well just wanted to share sum news for me 2014 will be the best year yet so happy new year every one

We have the same surgery date and sometimes I feel the same way. But in reality we are doing great!!!
