Who's Ready for Shreduary?

I am renaming January Shreduary because in Shreduary we shed FAT! I am working on a number of posts for the next month that will all be about fat burn. Foods, Exercises, Supplements that all support burning fat.

Let me know what you want to hear about and I will see what I can do!

Cant wait ...I feel I have all this excess fat around my mid section I really want to focus on getting rid of it.  Increasing my cardio work outs and limiting my carbs

Might I suggest instead of increasing your cardio, you change your cardio. Start looking into HIIT cardio routines. You will burn more calories, you will sweat more, and you will continue to burn calories all day long.

I started C25K last week, I haven't run for AT LEAST 25 years.  I would REALLY like to get into my BMI by my year appt first week of Feb!
