I was a little sore today still from my 2 hour Orange Theory workout on Saturday, but I was there at 6:00 am! I only burned a little over 500 calories and today I was a power walker instead of a runner, but I made it through.

Swimming for an hour plus weight lifting and an afternoon walk.

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill with running and speed walking.  I was on track for my best 5k time when I got extremely dizzy and had to stop, but I at least got some workout in...

can't wait until I see a specialist to get this dizzy thing under control.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

This has happened to me a number of times, more so when I was about where you are now and not so much now. It has to do with the volume of blood in your veins and capillaries and since your fat is shrinking the blood can't move fast enough or something like that. Dr. Alverez had a good explanation of it in one of his PodCasts about 6 weeks ago or so.

Still have it checked out but chances are they will not find anything. When the doc checks you out lay down and get up quickly, that is your best bet in making it happen in front of your doc.

Finally joined a gym!!!! Did the treadmill for 30 minutes for my first time (I remember doing this at my highest and could only last 5-8 minutes).  I also did some weight lifting.  I'm really going to like this I'm thinking!

Awesome! Just remember for the first week, keep it short an fun! You can get busy next week! 20 mins tops for the first week, trust me!
