Happy New Year's Eve everyone!
B: 8 oz. Bolthouse Farms mango protein shake (made me kind of sick, too much sugar I think)
S: No-sugar added Swiss Miss hot cocoa
L: Reheated homemade pea soup
S: Chobani pineapple GY, probably a coffee too if I can trek through the snow to Starbucks
D: Making penne and sausage for the fam, so I'll be enjoying the sausage sans penne with a garden salad
S: Eh. It's New Year's Eve and I have tomorrow off. Staying home, but might open a nice bottle of wine.
Vits: Still out, I need to get my arse in a store
Liquids: Good
Exercise: Nope and my gym's closed tomorrow, but I'll be in Thursday

dinner - cabbage and ground beef casserole - also yum
snack - I'm going to a new years party, so I anticipate some grazing on cheeses and veggies.

S - 1-2 teeny-tiny glasses of wine (I know, I know, alcohol this early out! Even before surgery I only drank like 2-3 times a year at the most, which 95% of the time did not involve intoxication, and haven't had a drop of it since many months before surgery, so I am going to enjoy a few swallows of wine tonight since I never get out)

V - On track
X - Weight training & stationary bike (combined total of 75 minutes) already done this AM :D
B- 8oz skim milk
L- 1 egg with a sprinkle of low fat cheese
S- None
D- 2.15oz of baked catfish with a sprinkle of low fat cheese
S- SF Swiss Mocha hot chocolate
S- 1/2 packet of cream of wheat with vanilla protein added (12.5 grams of protein)
W- I only got in 40oz of total liquids today. I'm struggling with getting water down.
V- good
E- couple reps of light weights and walked a mile
