Ran/walked a 10k on the treadmill at the YMCA.
Needed a reference point on abilities, going into 10k training to do one at end of March.

Nothing. Nada. Recoverying still and it pretty much sucks balls having to not move. But, the love of my life just set up a shiny new treadmill in our home gym (errr... basement) and a fireplace in the bedroom for a different sort of exercise. Can't wait to indulge in both here hopefully in a few more days!

I tried hot yoga for the first time today, and it was AWESOME! Not only did I sweat my tail off, but I felt SO centered and relaxed afterwards, it's definitely something I'm going to add to my weekly routine. I think it will really help improve my running as well, I had no idea how tight my right hip was after my 10k yesterday until I did the class today.
31 minutes on the recumbent bike, uphill all the way. Legs were jello at the end of the ride!
