Snack: Pure Protein Vanilla Shake with some Cinnamon
Dinner: Baked Tilapia
Water: Lemon Water going okay.... Been busy must get to drinking though
Vitamins: I suck big time... No vitamins in about 4 days except for my probiotic.
Exercise: ZUMBA

B: egg frittata made with center cut bacon, spinach, grated cheese, and a little red pepper.
L: leftover stuffed pork tenderloin from last night with a side of beans in tomato sauce
S: crunching on some cucumbers and baby sweet peppers right now brought some hummus too but not really in the mood for it
D: balsamic chicken with mushrooms and sauteed spinach on the side
S: likely nothing but maybe an ice pop

Vits: forgot them at home grr

Lunch: other half of ham and cheese omelette
Snack: oikos greek yogurt
Dinner: 1.8 oz. of beef roast and 1/2 cups of cooked carrots
Snack: no sugar added fudgcicle

Exercise: shoveled driveway! lol My calories were way over the limit from coffee with fat free creamer and fudgcicles. :(
