Love the spice info Keith. I use most of these spices regularly, especially cinnamon.

B: Medium brown sugar cinnamon lattte from Dunkin Donuts made with whole milk (Disclaimer: While delicious, I do not endorse this as a drink for VSGers in weight loss. Mucho calories)

S: small banana

L: 2% cottage cheese with SF vanilla Torani, cinnamon and an equal packet

S: Coffee w/ sf hazelnut powdered creamer; later an Oikos blueberry GY

D: Hot italian sausage in pasta sauce, garden salad

S: Maybe another GY

Vits: Out. Roads are preventing me from getting to the store.

Liquids: Behind.

Exercise: Nada. Storm yesterday kept me out of work and had to make up the hours today. I'm sick of this weather bull****

I have one every night. I either have greek yogurt with sugar free jelly or other flavoring or a casein protein shake. Whey is ok too but casein digests slower. Check out my casein ice cream recipe posted in the forum, thats a good bedtime snack too and you can make it with whey as well. I would do it about 30 mins before bedtime, especially on workout days!
