I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Tuesday
I will be doing 45 mins of strength training with my personal trainer. Today it is 8 degrees in Atlanta and my trainer sent out this message to all of his clients: "Schools are being closed due to POSSIBLE ice. We're not a school, this is a INSTITUTION! If we can burn fat...we can surely melt some ice. Don't miss class today!"
I got a FITBIT Force for the holiday and I am committed to getting in those 10000 steps per day. One way was to take a 30 min walk everyday at lunch well the weather here in PA is freezing and the wind is brutal. So as not to fail so quickly in my new resolution I went to the local Giant grocery store and walk the aisle for 30 mins I was able to walk at a very brisk pace for 30 mins. Today I think I will walk arounf the library. I also make it a point to climb the stairwell in my office building at least 5 times during the day. Still doing my elliptical 30 mins each evening. So far I have not been able to break that 30min barrier of time as far as duration goes.

Did an epic spin class last night. No holding back, no worrying about my knees, no "I just had surgery so take it easy" thoughts, just pedel to the metal. Wow, dripping sweat and feeling great. I surprised myself!
Tonight it's upper body strength training and then 25 min on the stair climber.
