Knee Stretch and Strengthen

Many of you that I have talked to about doing squats always use bad knees as an excuse. Here are some stretches and strengthening exercises that will really help. The chick is a bit annoying but the content is pretty good.

I started doing squats a few years ago and was amazed that they actually helped the whole "creaky knees" problem. I hope that after my surgery, I can get more definition in my legs again like I used to have when I was young.

Keith you are awesome. My knees been crunching for a long time. I had just decided that it is what it is and press on.

    Thanks for this! I am really struggling with some right  knee pain as my exercise increases. I have some plates and screws holding the damn thing together!!! I'll start this today!
