Well most fiber that is going to help digestively speaking is not digestible AND it's a total carb. So what your are saying is NOT possible. However, since insoluble fiber is not digestible and insoluble fiber is only partially digestible they don't really count against you. My 3 main sources are Quest Bars, Fiber One Cereal Original, and unprocessed wheat bran. Other good sources are beans, flax, chia, cocoa powder, and apples.
