I think I'm going to try a Shred class this evening...basically working with weights.  Depending on how that goes, I might do a little bit of cardio at the end.

I did an hour circuit training class then an hour zumba class!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

I jumped on the elliptical today and did a solid 20 minutes. I'm at the beginning of starting to really exercise so I'm hoping to add 5 minutes a day until I get up to 1 hour.  My legs felt like rubber when I jumped off, but YES! I finally have started to feel energetic enough to exercise.
