I Worked Out Today! Did You? - TGIF
Love! Love! LOVE! This photo. Whenever I see someone who is overweight and just showing up to run at the track or at the gym pushing it out when you can tell they just do not want to be there, I always go up to them and pat them on tha back and say "Keep IT UP, You are doing great!" Of course I always get the "shut up asshole" look now because I am thin and fit and I honestly do not want to go through the story one more time, but I do try to give them encouragement. So despite the criticism I have received in the past for posting this pic, it is with good intention:
On only about 3 hours of sleep I went into Orange Theory, got to the parking lot and ALMOST did not go in. Once in, I ALMOST left. After the weight room portion I ALMOST left. I spent the first half of the treadmill portion walking at a very steep incline then I just sucked it up and pounded it and ran the rest of the way. It took some time to find the energy to do it but I did and I feel good about it. Must focus on sleep this weekend.

At least we have them! I notice that I finally get into the zone when I am walking. The world just gets goes away! I weigh in on Mondays. I was .7 lbs away from hitting Onderland. I have upped my cardio (and enjoying it) hoping that my body will release the weight next Monday. I weigh myself once a week. It is like Christmas every week!!! LOL
I just walked for 60 min on treadmill! So proud! 7 months ago I had a hard time walking to the mailbox! It can be done starting with nothing!
