I have a NORMAL bmi today!  I've gone from 54 to 24.9! Got on the scale and it was 164-decided to punch in numbers for BMI...looked at chart...NORMAL!! 

Never, ever thought I would get to a normal bmi.

I've recently posted on one year and goal-so I don't have much to add. I did lose 10 pounds this month which was surprising since my last double digit month was at six months. Restriction is as good as ever. I actually almost think a little too good. D

Happy Easter!  It is fitting that, on this age of rebirth, I reached goal! 169.8 this morning!! Very happy. Now to tackle maintenance.
