I like it. The app is really good and it interfaces with a lot of the other apps I use. I think the fit bit is a bit cooler in that it can also track the stairs you climb, but the up app let's you form a virtual team and the social aspect of it keeps you a bit more engaged because you not only see how you are doing but how they are doing and you can encourage each other. I thought that would be kinda lame but I have found that I actually enjoy that feature a lot. I have two of my trainers on my team and when I go to their classes they remind me to time my exercise and the send me a note or call me if they see me slacking a bit. It's nice.
