STEP way from the hamburger! Just kidding, it happens and you probably haven't done permanent damage. But you do need to go back to basics and get back some of that restriction. Start by getting rid of all the breads, potatos, starches out of your diet. The hamburger isn't the problem...it's the bun.
You can do this! Search on here, there are a million posts for people that have fallen off the wagon just like you. You can get back on ;)
