I Worked Out Today! Did You? - HUMP Day!
Apparently the 20 min on elliptical (I haven't done it in years) after 45 minutes of weight training (with 200 squats) yesterday was too much for my back.
I just did a few core exercises and walked for 5 minutes and back is killing me. Guess it's a day off :(

25 mile bike ride!!! Unfortunately, it's still too cold here to hit the street so it was on my bike, hooked to the trainer in my living room. Anyone else ready for Spring??
