S: maybe another Greek...80 cal...12 protein
and maybe a banana..100 cals
OK. So as you can see I'm desperately trying to break this stall
that's been going on for 2 FREAKIN' MONTHS!!
IDK if this is going to work, so far I've lost 3 lbs in 4 days
but this is still the weight I'm trying to shake from Christmas/ton of snow days!!!
Im more hungry at nite, which is why I am having the bulk of my cals at nite...we'll see..
somethings gotta give or I'm going to have to be committed!!!!!

L: veggie burger pattie with some blue cheese crumbled on top. side of mixed greens with love beets and yogurt sauce as a dressing

D: well hubby and I were away for Valentine's with friends and the gift I wanted to give him no longer works out so tonight I'm going to make us a fancy/romantic meal of filet mignon, butternut squash mash, and roasted broccoli. yum!

W: Doing better. I set a timer on my PC to remind me to drink every 15 minutes
E: Recumbent bike 30 minutes at an increased resistance level - yay me!

B: Chike iced coffee protein shake made w/ 8 oz. of 2% milk and water
S: Beef jerky
L: 2% Pineapple Chobani, later a black coffee mixed w/ a 1/2 packet of SF hot cocoa mix
S: Blueberry Simply 100 Chobani, another piece of jerky
D: Not sure. 2 of the 3 kiddos are gone, so we might go out. If we do it'll probably be either steak or a grilled chicken salad.
S: Turkey/Swiss roll up w/ horseradish mustard
Liquids: Behind, will catch up when I get home
Vits: Will take when I get home
