Yesterday I had a nice NSV, I went to see my doctor to go over my sleep study, no more sleep apnea!

That is absolutely fantastic! I have a CPAP and it is one of my major goals to get rid of it.

WHOO-HOO...no more apnea..that's like one of the best NSV ever!!

Dumping my CPAP was a huge NSV for me too! But I have to tell you, it took me a couple of weeks to learn how to sleep without the mask again. It had become some sort of comfort or something to me. Now I sleep like a baby.
