Lord keith, the last time you posted something like that, like the squat challenge, i got all the way to 600, with 600 push ups and 600 crunches, it was freaking awesome. However, I hurted my back 2 weeks ago, changing a damn tire. My back is better, but my right hip is always achy and sore, but i'm getting it together. I'm currently in training for a 10K taking place on 03/29 in Richmond, VA.
