I had a great Vinyassa Flow class this morning.  I did a full side plank on both sides :)  I'm getting stronger!

Lord keith, the last time you posted something like that, like the squat challenge, i got all the way to 600, with 600 push ups and 600 crunches, it was freaking awesome. However, I hurted my back 2 weeks ago, changing a damn tire. My back is better, but my right hip is always achy and sore, but i'm getting it together. I'm currently in training for a 10K taking place on 03/29 in Richmond, VA.

Awesome. Do some research on foam rolling and pick up a hard foam ball or a foam roller and use it on your hip. It works. i had some calf problems a couple of months ago and was suffering for along time I used a hard foam ball and literally within 2 days no more pain.

I did one hour of boot camp training on Friday now I'm heading to the gym for a spinning class.  Love to exercise!!
