I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Tuesday
I hour OrangeTheory Tornado that is 9 intervals of 1 min treadmill, 1 min weight room, 1 min rower. Today we had a different trainer than normal and we did all inclined sprints for the 1 min treadmill. We started at 15% and worked our way down increasing our sprint speed as the incline came down. Needless to say I am tired.
