Post Op Physical Therapy?
I'm currently finishing up physical therapy for a back injury - I love PT, I've done it a few times over the years and I find it very positive and useful, plus my therapists ROCK.
So today I asked my therapist if she would advise me doing therapy post-op to help me learn to live with my new body. She said that she would recommend that 100%. My PCP is pretty easy going, so I don't think I'd have trouble getting a prescription for it.
Have any of you utilized physical therapy post-op? How did it help you?
