Completed my first day of Couch to 5k training - and I LOVED it!  I feel great.

Went for my first real walk yesterday (post complicated surgery).  I'm going again today.  We live rural and walking down my driveway and up the farmers field across from me gives me a beautiful view and winds me just enough to make me stop once or twice and catch my breath.  Takes about 20-25 minutes each way.  Once I don't feel like I'm going to pass out anymore I can really pu**** but right now just trying to get my strength back. By summer I want to be running that hill!
